Close Up Magic
This is one of the most intimate types of magic where the effects happen right under the spectator’s noses and quite often in their own hands.
Jackie’s illusions incorporate everyday objects such as coins, cards and other borrowed items, creating an entertaining and magical experience.
This type of performance is ideal for parties, banquettes, dinners and restaurant work where people can be gathered into smaller groups often while sitting around a table. This will enable guests to appreciate their very own 'mini illusions' performed at such close quarters.
Walkabout/Strolling Magic
Another type of Close Up Magic but this is different because the magician will walk around the event’s venue and target small group of people to entertain them with magic. Jackie will mingle among the crowd entertaining them. He may engage them with thought reading and psychokinetic exercises. He will amuse his audience with coin magic, card magic and magic with everyday objects such as finger rings and rubber bands, then leaving them entertained.
This style of magic has been popularized on television by magicians such as David Blaine on Street Magic, Criss Angel on Mind Freak and Cyril Takayama, not forgetting the television series Mondo Magic. The impact of this magic astounds onlookers who are in disbelief that such miracles can happen right before their eyes.
Stage Show
Having been on stage for many years, Jackie is very familiar with large crowds. A big venue with huge number of guests will not be a problem for him.
Jackie performs stage shows for dinner settings, parties and those of the like. In his stage show, he loves to have audience participation, often using them to transfer thoughts to him and having them assist in mentalism effects.
With Jackie's magic, there will be a certainty that your guests will have an event that they will want to remember and talk about.
Trade Show Booth
At Trade Show booths, Jackie will be termed a “traffic stopper”. His task is to draw attention to his client’s booth, bringing in potential customer. To do this, he approaches individuals and small groups and kindly stops them by showing them close-up magic. Once he is done with his routine, which usually takes 10 minutes, he will then guide them into the client booths. This is a good marketing approach and has been used for a very long time. He will also integrate his magic effects with his client’s product message.
When Jackie uses your product for his magic effects, then be sure that people will remember your product for a very very long time.
Private Show for 10 to 50 People
Imagine an intimate evening of magic performed for only a handful of people.
That is exactly what Jackie presents when he performs his Close-Up Magic Shows. No other form of entertainment works so brilliantly when it comes to entertaining a small group of people in a board room, in a private room at a restaurant, or even a dinner party at home.
Every guest has a front row seat as Jackie demonstrates incredible sleight of hand and sleight of mind in an hilariously entertaining show where the audience is encouraged to watch as closely as possible.
Table Hopping Magic
Jackie would walk around from one table to another table in his client’s restaurant or bistro and performs a close up magic to the waiting customers and diners. He would approach them and entertain them while they wait for their food to be served. Once the food arrives, he would kindly excuse himself with a nice handshake and warm smile and let them enjoy their meals with a light heart. Jackie will only perform upon diners’ request; otherwise he would not intrude their privacy.
